Commissions are for personal use only. Usage of the work for profit is prohibited.

Commission may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.) or for AI generation/training.

I retain all rights to my artworks, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Let me know in advance if you would prefer your commission to be private.

If you decide to publicly share the final artwork, please credit back @raepliica.

I reserve the right to decline a commission.

All prices are base prices. They may be subject to changes depending on the complexity of the commission (complex props/outfits, detailed background, etc).

Full payment via Stripe.

As a buyer, you don't need a Stripe account to complete the payment.
Only requires: email (to receive invoice and final artwork) + credit/debit card

Full payment is done before I start working on the commission. For commissions above 100CAD, there will be the option to pay 50% before I start working and 50% after the sketch approval.

No refunds after I've started working on your commission.

Payment must be done within 3 days after receiving the invoice (unless stated otherwise).

It can take me 1 week to 2 months to complete your commission, depending on the complexity and choice of commission.

If anything comes up that might extend the creation period beyond that, I will inform you.

Please provide references especially for OCs (e.g. compiled in a google docs, etc).

Please specify beforehand if you require a certain canvas size, resolution, or color mode.

I will mainly update you at each stage of the commission and you will be able to ask for revisions if desired:

Minor revisions will be done for free. Any major revision will come with an additional fee depending on the complexity of the change.
