Commissions are for personal use only. Usage of my work for sales or distribution, whether for free or for profit, is strictly prohibited.

Commissions may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.) or for AI generation/training.

The alteration of my works in any way without my permission is not allowed. Tracing my works is also prohibited.

I retain all rights to my artworks, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, publish and/or use the artworks for online sales or self-promotion.

The online display or sharing of my work by the client is allowed as long as I am credited.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I see it unfit for my services, in which case you will be fully refunded.

The final artwork will be in 350dpi PNG.

All payments will be done through Ko-fi.

Any additional fees received after the initial payment (e.g. extra revision) must be paid through the Ko-fi tip jar, otherwise the commission will be put on hold until payment is received.

Once I've started working on the commission, refunds cannot be requested.

References are mandatory for OCs and highly appreciated for fanarts. There is no such thing as too many references. The more you give me, the more faithful I can be to your request.

I won't accept AI generated pictures as references.

Up to 3 free minor revisions (slight color change, small forgotten detail, etc.) will be accepted.

Any revision beyond that limit will be subject to an additional fee of 5 USD per revision.

The estimated time for completion will vary depending on the request but shouldn't take longer than 4 weeks.

If the completion time exceeds this duration, I will be sure to update you on the situation.

Chibi commissions are sent through Ko-fi DMs as files still retain high quality. Bust commissions will be sent via email.
